 Air Duct Liner and QuiteR™ Acoustic Duct Liner
Duct Liner helps absorb equipment and air rush noises over a broad spectrum of sound, trapping and dissipating the noise in the glass fiber matrix. It also offers excellent thermal-insulating properties, helping to reduce energy consumption thereby lowering HVAC costs, conserving natural resources, and reducing emissions into the atmosphere.
The thermal properties of duct liner help control condensation, improve air quality and protect the HVAC system against damage from unwanted moisture. The smooth airstream surface offers low air resistance, enhancing HVAC system efficiency. Our duct liner will not deteriorate and provide sustenance for vermin, nor will it corrode the sheet metal it lines.
Duct Wrap
Fabricating Services' strong and resilient blanket duct wrap delivers significant benefits when used in air handling systems. Air Duct Boards and QuiteR™ Acoustic Duct Boards
Our duct board's exceptionally low leakage rate and high thermal efficiency means minimal heat loss or gain through duct walls, translating into energy savings and improved system performance. The integral fiberglass acoustical insulation attenuates unwanted cross talk, air rush and equipment noise, resulting in quiet air distribution. The built-in vapor retardant reduces the chance of condensation as well as material and stem damage caused by unwanted water.
K-26 Matface
Fabricating Services' proprietary duct liner handles well and is easy to install with or without adhesives and mechanical fasteners. K26 MatFace Insulation, with its smooth black facing and well bonded glass blanket, resists the deteriorating effects of air flow erosion to 4000 FPM. The excellent sound absorption characteristics of K26 MatFace Insulation also helps reduce equipment noise.
