Aluminum Heat Shields: Our aluminum heatshields are manufactured with ceramic insulation and embossed foil. The ceramic is enclosed in foil and the ends are folded and pressed to provide a durable, clean edge.
 Transporters: These products are custom designed to protect your products during shipping. Durable and reusable, these transporters provide protective packaging, whether moving parts across the country or across your warehouse.
Specialty Cutting
Custom cutting is our area of expertise at Fabricating Services. Our Ultra-Sonic Cutter is ideal for many low-density fabrics and specialty materials such as mica, Kevlar cloth, layered graphite, Nomex, as well as glass and carbon fiber. It is computer controlled so that its absolute position accuracy is repeatable to 0.008 inch. For high speed cutting, Fabricating Services utilizes the latest technology in die cutting machinery which provides dependable and accurately cut products time after time.
 Specialty Sewing

We provide items such as custom transporters for automobile parts, heat shields for engines compartments, grill covers for outdoor ovens and sound covers for noisy air-conditioners or other appliances.
Specialty Laminating
Fabricating Services has three laminators which are capable of laminating a variety of foils, vinyls, adhesives and other facings to fiberglass boards, blankets and sheets. Our laminating process has proven to provide a sure bond between the facing and fiberglass with a smooth finish. These materials are used in many applications such as ranges, dishwashers, speakers, transportation equipment, noise enclosures, etc.
